Permanent Capital, Not Committed Terms

Every acquisition we make is funded with capital that carries no maturity date. This changes the questions we ask before we invest, and it changes how we behave once we own something. We are free to make decisions on a ten-year timeline, or a fifty-year one, because we are never managing toward a redemption.

We do not acquire businesses and step back. Our team engages directly in strategy, governance, and, where it adds value, operations. We believe ownership and stewardship are inseparable, and that the best outcomes come from investors who are willing to do the work.

Discipline Over Activity

We would rather hold cash than force a deal that does not meet our standard. Our approach rewards patience: we look for businesses with durable advantages, strong unit economics, and management teams we trust to build alongside us.
