Our strategy is deliberately narrow. Rather than diversify broadly, we concentrate on a small number of sectors where operational ownership compounds advantage over time: logistics and infrastructure, specialty manufacturing, and financial services adjacencies.

Concentration, Not Diversification

We hold a small number of businesses well rather than a large number of businesses passively. Each acquisition is sized to matter, and each is held with the expectation that our involvement, not just our capital, will improve the outcome.

Three Horizons

We evaluate every opportunity against three horizons simultaneously: the next twelve months of operating performance, the next decade of competitive positioning, and the multi-generational question of whether this is a business worth owning permanently.

Underwriting Standard

We underwrite to a standard of durability first, growth second. A business that compounds reliably at a modest rate, for decades, is more valuable to us than one that grows quickly but fragilely.
